A Vietnamese Commander Do Moi transferred his wife Sam Heang (Bun Rany)

Even though the Paris Peace Agreements has failed, the Agreements were created and passed by the United Nations in Oct. 23, 1991 to protect and save CAMBODIA from the Vietnamese expansion.
